Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within:
- Metro cities: 2-4 business days
- Regional areas: 3-7 business days
Please note that these timeframes commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Shipping Costs
We work hard to secure the best possible shipping rates and keep delivery costs as low as we can. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order:
- Small orders: $20 flat rate
- Larger orders: Up to $80 maximum (weight-dependent)
- Orders over $1,000: FREE shipping Australia-wide
Your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order's total weight and delivery location.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
