Changed your mind? No worries. We offer 30-day returns on all Bellabeau tapware - because we'd rather you absolutely love what you've bought.

Here's how it works:

You've got 30 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return something. Just drop us an email at info@bellabeautapware.com.au with your order number and we'll sort out the details.

The details:

Items need to come back to us in the same condition you received them - unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Think pristine gift-wrapping condition. You'll need to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping back to us. Once we receive your return and give it the once-over, we'll process your refund within 3 business days. You'll get back the product value - original shipping costs aren't included in the refund. Payment will go back the same way you paid.

Please note: Items that have been installed, used, or have damaged packaging can't be returned. Once tapware's been fitted or the packaging's been opened, we can't resell it as new.
