A quick word on shipping costs. Look, we'll be straight with you - quality tapware isn't light. We're talking solid metal, premium finishes, and built-to-last construction, which means these things have some serious heft to them.

Freight companies charge what they charge, and there's not a lot of wiggle room there. But we've made the call to heavily subsidise shipping costs ourselves because, frankly, we don't think you should be slugged $60+ just to get quality tapware to your door.

Is it costing us? Yeah, absolutely. But we reckon it's the right thing to do. Quality Australian tapware should be accessible without the shipping costs being a deal-breaker.

What addresses do we deliver to?

All of our items are shipped via Australia Post, so we're able to offer Australia-wide delivery to any regions that are serviced via Australia Post.

This means we are able to deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, where they are available.

How much does delivery cost?

We work hard to secure the best possible shipping rates and keep delivery costs as low as we can. Our shipping is simple and straightforward:

  • Orders under $250: $10 flat rate
  • Orders over $250: FREE shipping Australia-wide

Your shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

When will your order be dispatched

Our warehouse team work as expeditiously as possible to get your order out for delivery, so you can receive it as soon as possible.

At the present time, we're able to offer next day dispatch for any order, as long as it's received by midnight the day prior.

How long will delivery take?

At Bellabeau Tapware, we're committed to getting your premium tapware to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within:

  • Metro cities: 2-4 business days
  • Regional areas: 3-7 business days

Please note that these timeframes commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
